Vendor exhibit Location and Hours
The Vendor Exhibit will be located in the Knight Arena on the campus of Southern Virginia University. It will be open to the conference attendees from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 28-29. Doors to the Vendor Exhibit will be open for vendors at 7:00 a.m.
Cost
For $75.00, each exhibitor will be provided with a 6 foot rectangular, skirted table. Additional tables cost $35.00. Electrical hookup, $20.00. (See the Vendor Application for more details.)
Set-up & removal
The Vendor Exhibit will be open for set up from 5:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27th. All vendor exhibits must be set up no later than 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday. You may not disassemble your exhibit before 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
Advertising for Attending Vendors
We will advertise your business on the Vendor Page of the LDSEHE website and provide a link to your website. Paid exhibitors may also place an advertisement, brochure or keepsake FREE OF CHARGE in the LDSEHE Vendor Bags that will be distributed to every conference attendee. You are encouraged to offer "conference specials," discounts, coupons or give-aways in the Vendor Bags to draw more people to your vendor exhibit. This is a great way to showcase your business and products.
Advertising ONLY in the Vendor Bag
If you are unable to attend the conference as a vendor this year but would like to provide an advertisement for our Vendor Bags, please contact our Vendor Coordinator. The charge for non-attending vendors is $30. You will also need to provide 200 pieces of your catalog, brochure, flyer, coupon, etc., POSTMARKED BY April 31st. (See application for more details.) Put your business "in the hands" of our attendees through the LDSEHE Vendor Bags!
